Trustworthy Repair Shop
I bought a used 2019 Subaru Forester last week. I had Sparks Inspect it to make sure everything was operating accordingly. Not only did Bob and his team inspect it, Bob went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in good condition. He gave me photos so I could have visual confidence that everything was clean. I returned later that day to have him and his team perform the required maintenance as the dealership had no record of any previous maintenance done on the car. I would recommend this shop to anyone and once I move to the city, I will still drive over an hour to take my cars here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else knowing this guy shop is open.
Extraordinary Service
My car started to give alerts the car was close to overheating. I called Bob, who had a tow truck load the car on a flatbed within 20 minutes, waited for me to arrive, handed me keys to a loaner car, diagnosed the car early the next day, and the car was repaired by the following morning. While this kind of service might seem extraordinary, it is the same consistant service I have received over the past 17, or 18 years that I have been a customer.
Clean and Nice Smelling Shop
Had a shake in my steering wheel. They diagnosed the issue and now my car is shake free. Very pleased with this location. They are always friendly, professional and keep a clean, nice smelling shop.

Polite and Helpful
When AAA & Firestone both said suspension need to replace and charging over $1600 on my 2010 Camry hybrid. I was shocked and one of my friend recommended this one and they checked my suspension and also took my car for test drive and they found no issues. Now days getting a honesty person/company is difficult. I have done transmission fluid & coolant flesh.. the prices are reasonable compare to AAA & FIRESTONE. The Brian team is polite and helpful. The service is great and honesty people around what else you need for your car repairs. I strongly recommend this one.
Fair and Honest
I decided to do my own breaks, and totally botched the job. I had to find a shop to help fix what I did wrong. Embarrassed, I reached out to these guys and explained the situation. They were completely understanding, and made room for me to bring my car in that day. They gave me a great price to fix what I did wrong as well as complete the job. I was blown away at how quickly and professionally the got the job done. This is my new go to mechanic in the area. They are fair and honest, and will take good care of you and your vehicles. Highly recommend this shop!
More Reasonable than any Dealership
The technicians at sparks were amazing! I brought my 2008 Honda Accord in and they sent pictures of all the codes, what needed repair etc. once my car was fixed the check engine light was still on so I brought it back. They did not charge me and kept my car, gave me a loaner and did not call me until they had the check engine light off. I would tell every friend and anyone I know to use this car shop! It small, personally and so so so much more reasonably than any dealership!
Courteous and Knowledgeable
I brought my 2010 Lexus RX350 with 165,000 miles to get road ready for my daughter to drive back to college. As part of their full vehicle inspection they noticed a nail in one of the tires. Repaired the tire (still in good condition) along with a Full Synthetic Platinum Oil Change and we were out of there in no-time! Bob, Brian and all the guys are courteous and knowledgeable....highly recommend!

Highly Recommend
Had a great experience with Sparks Complete Car Care. Had a check engine light and car was overheating. I searched Google for a shop nearby and I'm glad I found them. Bob was super friendly and even gave me a ride back and forth to my house. They diagnosed the issue and repaired my car quickly. They were upfront and honest with their quotes and even added a couple free services with the repair. I highly recommend this shop and will be using their services again.
